Poster accepted for Middleware 2011

The poster "Integrating Human-Services using WebComposition/UIX" by Olexiy
Chudnovskyy, Sebastian Brandt and Martin Gaedke has been accepted for the 12th
International Middleware Conference (Middleware 2011) taking place from December 12th to
16th, 2011 in Lisbon, Portugal.
Presentation of PhD Thesis

On Thursday, 13th of October, Stefan Pietschmann, a guest researcher from TU
Dresden, will present results of his PhD thesis with the topic "Modellgetriebene
Entwicklung adaptiver, komponentenbasierter Mashups". The presentation is public and will
take place at 13:15 in room 1/368. We welcome everyone interested in the topic and look
forward for an inspiring discussion.

New technical staff member at VSR

VSR is happy to announce that Philipp Reichelt has recently joined our group as
a technical staff member. He will support our team by maintaining the infrastructure as
well as setting up new services and applications. We welcome this new team member and look
forward to his contributions.
OMELETTE Consortium Meeting in Dresden

On Tuesday, the 6th of September, and Wednesday, the 7th of September, the
OMELETTE consortium will come together in Dresden to review the current state of the
project and discuss the latest developments in the telecommunication domain. The VSR will
attend the meeting and presents its contributions in corresponding work packages. The VSR
associates will have no consultation hours during these days. In urgent cases please
contact us via email.
