Our VSR team member Sebastian Heil participated in the 13th International Conference on Evaluation of Novel Approaches to Software Engineering (ENASE) 2018 in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal We there presented our current work on “Exploring Crowdsourced Reverse Engineering“, supported via our eHealth Research Lab Project. All participating teams from the Planspiel Web Engineering in WS 2017/2018 will present their final product on Wednesday 03/14/2018 9:30 – 18:00 in 1/309 If you are interested in their final results, feel free to join the event.

On Tuesday, February 27th, at 14:00, one of our students will defend his master thesis ‘Rapid web migration prototyping using WebAssembly’ in room 1/336. Everyone is invited to attend.

On Wednesday, January 10th, at 10:00, one of our students will defend his master thesis ‘Scoring Model based on Friend-network Relationships for a Social Aware Search Application‘ in room 1/368. Everyone is invited to attend.

The lectures “EVS”, “XML” and “CTWE” on Tuesday, December 19th, 2017 are postponed and will be continued in the new year.

This is to remind you that there will be no lectures for all students on Tuesday 28th of November 2017.

We offer an exam review for the exams EVS, RN, SSE, SVS, Current Trends, CWA and XML from summer semester 2017. The exam review is possible on Monday, 11/20/2017 14:00 – 16:00 in room 1/B203. Please contact us in advance via email (to Sebastian Heil), if you want to review your exam.

On October 25, 2017, one of our students successfully defended his master thesis “Conception and Implementation of a Pattern Recognition System for Analysing Big Data from Distributed Embedded AMRA Boxes in Europe”. We congratulate to this achievement and wish a prosperous future.
