Description
The goal of this work is to analyse existing end-user oriented approaches to implement Web applications. The project focuses on tools and models that are suitable for end-user oriented application development. Based on the findings of the analysis an application platform for the development of UI mashups should be implemented. The application platform should enable easy specification of data structures and manipulate them through corresponding widgets. The platform should be realized as an ASP.NET Web application on the basis of flexible data storage solutions, e.g. WebComposition/Data Grid service. The intuitive usage of the platform by end user stands in the foreground. The approach should be demonstrated by developing a sample Web application.

Ziel der Arbeit ist die Analyse bestehender endnutzerorientierter Implementierungsansätze von Webanwendungen. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Werkzeugen und Modellen, die sich zur endnutzerorientierten Anwendungsentwicklung eignen. Aufbauend auf den Erkenntnissen der Analyse soll eine Anwendungsplattform für die Entwicklung von UI Mashups implementiert werden. Die Anwendungsplattform soll die flexible Gestaltung der zu bearbeitenden Datenstrukturen ermöglichen und diese durch entsprechende Widgets visualisieren. Die Plattform soll als eine ASP.NET-Webanwendung auf Basis von flexiblen Datenspeicherlösungen, wie z.B. WebComposition/Data Grid Service, realisiert werden. Dabei steht besonders die intuitive Anwendbarkeit der Plattform für den Endnutzer im Vordergrund. Mittels einer Beispiel-Anwendung soll die Funktionsweise der Umsetzung demonstriert werden.
