Martin Gaedke hält am Freitag, den 25. 1. 2008 einen Vortrag zum Thema “Web 2.0 – Alter Wein in neuen Schläuchen?” auf dem Technikertag für die Fachrichtung Informatik bei der DPFA-Akademiegruppe in Chemnitz.

Martin Gaedke gives a tutorial entitled “Web Engineering: Creating Solutions in the Age of Emotion, SOA, and Web 2.0” at the 17th International World Wide Web Conference (WWW2008) on April 21, 2008 in Beijing, China.

The 6th IEEE International Conference on Pervasive Computing and Communication (PerCom’08) is held from 15-21 March 2008 in Hong Kong. The VSR-members Andreas Heil and Martin Gaedke will present a publication on “Environment-Awareness: Quantitative Processing of Context Changes” in 5th IEEE Workshop on Context Modeling and Reasoning (CoMoRea).

VSR ist happy to announce, that one of our students has recently joined our group. He will work on the project Alux. We welcome this new team member and look forward to his contributions

Am Dienstag, den 18.12 findet von 15:30 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr im Raum 1/346 ein Seminar der VSR statt. Zwei unserer Studenten werden im Rahmen ihrer Diplomverteidigung zu den Themen “Web-Service-basierte Kooperationsplattformen für virtuelle Teams am Beispiel der Produktionslayoutplanung” und “Semantic Web – basiertes System zur Unterstützung von Workflow- und Projektmanagement” vortragen.

LA-WEB 2007 ist die fünfte Tagung in einer in Lateinamerika angesiedelten, vom I3WC2 empfohlenen Konferenzreihe, die dem internationalen Austausch über aktuelle Entwicklungen im Web dient.
