VSR is happy to announce that one of our students has recently joined our group. He will work on the project ‘Ehle’. We welcome this new team member and look forward to his contributions.

Ralph Sommermeier, Andreas Heil and Martin Gaedke have published the Paper “Lightweight Data Integration using the WebComposition Data Grid Service” in Proceedings of the First International Workshop on Lightweight Integration on the Web (Composable Web’09) in conjunction with the 9th International Conference on Web Engineering (ICWE 2009), 22.-26. Jun. 2009, San Sebastian, Spain.

Public LAKS meeting will be held in room 1/336 on Jun 3th at 14:30, starting with an informative presentation about the LAKS itself followed by the regular work of the LAKS group.

The lectures and exercises ‘Sicherheit Verteilter Systeme’, ‘Management Verteilter Systeme’ and ‘Rechnernetze’ will not be held on Jun 2th, Jun 3th and Jun 4th. They will be provided at a later date.

On Thursday, June 4th at 09:00 we offer the combined seminar ‘Proseminar/Hauptseminar Web Engineering’ focussing on ‘Cloud computing and the Web as OS’. Room: 1/336
