This year Prof. Martin Gaedke, Alexey Tschudnowsky and Fabian Wiedemann presented three contributions at the World Wide Web Conference in Seoul, Korea. The contributions introduced latest findings and research results on Case Management for Social Business Computing, User Interface Mashups for the Internet of Services, and Media Enrichment using Web Science approaches.

We are glad to announce that one of our students started working on project “Indium“. We look forward to her contributions.

On Wednesday, April 23rd, at 09:00, one of our students will defend his bachelor thesis ‘Anwendung von Adaptive Hypermedia auf multimediale Mashups zur Verbesserung der User Experience‘ in room 1/336.

On Wednesday, April 23rd, at 10:00, one of our students will defend his master thesis Matching von heterogenen Personenrepräsentationen im Kontext von Data Governance und Informationsintegration‘ in room 1/336.

We are glad to announce that one of our students started working on project “Iridium“. We look forward to his contributions.

The lectures ‘Rechnernetze‘, ‘Cloud & Web Anwendungen‘ and ‘Sicherheit Verteilter Software‘ will start on Tuesday, the 22nd of April. The start of the tutorials will be announced in the first lectures and on the corresponding homepages. 

Our recent prototype about multi-screen mashups for media enrichment will be presented at CeBIT 2014 in Hannover. Feel free to visit us at Hall 9, Stand B18.

On Wednesday, the 2nd of April, at 10:00 Matthias Heinrich will defend his PhD thesis ‘Enriching Web Applications Efficiently with Real-Time Collaboration Capabilities’. The defence will take place in the room 1/B006. We welcome everyone interested in the topic.
