VSR at NFDI4Chem 7.0

Our team member Jan Haas presented the poster “From Paper to ELN: Adoption of Digital Workflows in a TRR” during the poster session at the NFDI4Chem 7.0 Consortium Meeting. The event brought together infrastructure experts, researchers, and research data management specialists from the field of chemistry to discuss digital infrastructures, FAIR data practices, and sustainable approaches to managing scientific data throughout the research lifecycle.

The poster focused on the transition from traditional paper-based laboratory notebooks to digital Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs) within the collaborative research center TRR 386 HYP*MOL. Based on a survey conducted within the project, the work investigated how widely ELNs had already been adopted across different research groups and explored researchers’ experiences, acceptance, and satisfaction with the transition toward digital documentation workflows in interdisciplinary research environments.
