The “High Performance Student” module focuses on strategies, tactics, and tools for personal development within the context of digital transformation, covering areas such as systematic transformation (e.g., high-performance habits and journeys), self-reflection and goal setting (e.g., lean thinking, values, self-analysis, motivation techniques), operations (e.g., learning and productivity techniques, time management, decision-making, collaboration), communication (e.g., negotiation and persuasion, negotiation dynamics and finding compromises, self-presentation, presentation skills), and career development, networking, and technical skills (e.g., building professional networks, résumé building, acceleration via AI tools).
