Once a week, VSR students join at an informal Learning and Knowledge Sharing (LAKS) meeting. As the name suggests, participants use the meeting to share their experiences and discuss common technical challenges.
Every second week we use the LAKS meeting for the sprint review and planning in our Scrum process. The teams are presenting their work that has been done in the past two weeks and prepare new tasks for the next sprint.
You also can discuss any problems with your current project with the other students to solve them faster.
The last months we organized an informal seminar about design patterns in software development. Every week we had up to two speeches about different patterns and their usage.
The presentations and sample code can be found on Roberts homepage.
